Shaftless screw conveyors

Screw conveyors without a center shaft are widely used for transportation of viscous materials.

Shaftless screw conveyors with high material thickness are often installed at treatment plants for transportation of sludge.

Usually, they are produced from shaftless spirals, however, they can also be produced from welded flights. The latter being the only option if the screw conveyor requires flights of Hardox plate.
