Externally conical flights

Externally conical flights are suitable for e.g.: screw presses, where the diameter of the external pipe is gradually decreased.

• The material conveyed gets less and less space, and consequently, the material is compressed.
• A similar effect can be obtained by reducing the pitches gradually.
• Conical flights are also suitable at the inlet in order to reduce the volume of material conveyed.
• Lead time for conical flights: 1-4 days.
